- We redesigned the workflow for capsid engineering from the ground up to leverage automated systems that enable greater throughput and data quality
- Initial capsids emerging from these efforts have now been characterized as single variants, showing >10% neuronal transduction and expression in certain NHP brain regions following IV delivery
- Further optimized variants are being generated via novel mutagenesis strategies paired with
in vitro and in vivo functional characterization
